Director Jessica Wilson is best known for her visually striking, non-text-based productions that combine puppetry, physical performance and projected imagery. Her vision for this new work comes after great success with Dr Egg And The Man With No Ear, her 4 years as Artistic Director of Terrapin Puppet Theatre, and her involvement in large-scale outdoor works, festivals, and participation-based projects. This is her first show with music as its starting point.

Musical Director Sue Johnson, co-founder of the acclaimed vocal and percussion ensemble Coco’s Lunch, is an outstanding composer, choir leader and performer, with sell-out seasons at Sydney Opera House’s Baby Proms. This is her first role as musical director of a major new music-theatre work.

Lyricist Elizabeth Honey is a versatile songwriter, author and artist, popular with children around the world.

Designer Jonathon Oxlade has a history of collaboration with Jessica. He is a multi-skilled artist with a background in illustration and puppetry. Witty, unpredictable and poetic, his distinctive design has defined works for many theatre companies, including Circa, Windmill, La Boite, Queensland Theatre Company, Arena and others.

Lighting Designer Phil Lethlean is a renowned Australian artist with over 25 years of design experience in live performance and architecture throughout Australia, Europe, Asia and America.

The outstanding musical, acting and comic performance skills of Carolyn Connors, Dan Witton and Renato Vacirca are at the heart of the show. With their eclectic experience in theatre, cabaret, vaudeville, opera, street theatre and contemporary independent music they create an unusually rich style – hilarious, anarchic, playful yet sophisticated – that’s ideal for young and old to enjoy together.
